A Legal Disclaimer

Welcome to Linton Business Solutions (LBS) Testing Center. By scheduling or taking an exam at our facility, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to ensure a fair, secure, and professional testing environment for all candidates.

1. Identification Requirements

All test takers must present valid, original, government-issued photo identification before testing. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, or other government ID. The name on your ID must exactly match the name used to register for the exam. Expired or damaged IDs will not be accepted, and failure to provide proper ID may result in being denied entry without refund.

Testing Center Guidelines

2. Arrival Time & Check-In

Candidates are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled exam time to complete the check-in process. Late arrivals may not be allowed to test and may forfeit exam fees. LBS reserves the right to refuse service to candidates arriving after the exam start time.

3. Personal Belongings

No personal items are allowed in the testing room. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Bags, backpacks, wallets, and purses

  • Mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic devices

  • Notes, books, or study materials

  • Food and beverages

Secure storage will be provided for personal items during your exam. Accessing any personal items during the test will result in immediate dismissal and may invalidate your results.

4. Testing Environment Conduct

All candidates are expected to behave in a respectful, professional, and honest manner while on-site. Any of the following behaviors may result in immediate termination of the exam, removal from the center, and reporting to the test sponsor:

  • Attempting to cheat or copy exam content

  • Using unauthorized materials or equipment

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

  • Failure to follow staff instructions

 

5. Exam Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling or cancelling an exam must be done through your exam sponsor’s official registration system (such as Certiport or Pearson VUE) based on their specific policy timelines. LBS Testing Center does not handle registration or payment issues directly.

6. Exam Results and Retakes

Exam scores and certification decisions are made by the test sponsor, not by LBS Testing Center. Candidates should contact the sponsor (e.g., Certiport) for:

  • Score reports

  • Retake policies

  • Appeals or exam feedback

 

7. Accessibility Accommodations

Candidates requiring accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) must submit appropriate documentation and receive approval from the test sponsor prior to scheduling. Please contact your test sponsor’s accommodations team to make arrangements. LBS cannot grant accommodations directly.

8. Surveillance and Security

To ensure exam integrity, testing sessions are monitored via video and audio recording. By testing at our center, you consent to being monitored and recorded for the duration of your exam.

10. Policy Updates

LBS Testing Center reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check our website before your exam appointment for the most current policies.
